Looking for an Accounting Assistant for the Konya Liaison Office of Multinational Corporation. This position will support the Operator Manager of the company.
The ideal individual must have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, have strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
The ability to interact with people, flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Attention to detail are equally important.
Key Responsibilities
• Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Operator Manager
• Effectively managing MD’s agenda falling out of the core business of the company.
• Arrange travel plans including air, hotel, ground transportation and meal reservations
• Professionally manage calls.
• Works closely with the OM to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
• Prepare reports and presentations using all Mac PowerPoint, Excel, Word and external resources
Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven ability to work with a high level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Trustworthy and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Self-motivated, assertive, and self-confident with the ability to act with urgency and passion.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language.
• Some years experience working with or supporting executives will be an asset.
• Properly driver with valid driver licence,
• Without obstacles for travel with a international,
• Strong Mac, MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Resides or able to move in Konya
