International automotive company in Turkey is recruiting an Accounting Asistant that will work under the guidance of Administration of the plant.
Asistant Accountant:
Assisting and helping to CPA by receiving invoices, analysing, controlling by stock entries and recalculating, controlling with purchase orders and classifying, registering in the accounting software due to book keeping standarts and company needs and under the supervision and controlling by the CPA, preparing them for approval and having approvals of them,prepare them for archiving and file them.
Helping and assisting CPA for preparing financial and managerial informations.
Asisting and helping by communicating with the providers, banks and other parties, and answering them through the supervision of the CPA
Recording, bank movements
Recording Cash documents
Check and prepare invoices and credits notes, prepare delivery notes.
Claim and follow up the pending payments of the customers . Negotiate payment periods and payments.
Providing support when it is required on general administration tasks such as purchasing, import/export procedures and answering and trafficking received calls.
Associated degree or bachelor degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance
At least 1 years of experience in accounting
Experience in book keeping, reporting financial statements and budgeting is an asset
Excellent command of MS Office Applications, especially in Excel
Good command of written and spoken English
Ability to set, plan and accomplish goals under deadlines as a good team player
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams
