• At least 3 years experience in working with children of this age group, ideally in a school
• Team-work skills and the ability to get along with adults (parents, colleagues and child care professionals),
• Creative skills and the ability to plan exciting activities ,
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements in a childcare setting
• Willingness to undertake further training and development
• Willingness to attend staff/evaluation/planning meetings
• A calm nature and the ability to keep cool in crisis
• Good communication and listening skills,
• An enthusiastic, cheerful and friendly personality,
• Plenty of energy ,
• A good sense of humour,
• Ability to use computers
