Required Skills - At least 3 years experience in working with children of this age group, ideally in a school
- Team-work skills and the ability to get along with adults
(parents, colleagues and child care professionals),
- Creative skills and the ability to plan exciting activities ,
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements in a childcare setting
- Willingness to undertake further training and development
- Willingness to attend staff/evaluation/planning meetings
- A calm nature and the ability to keep cool in crisis
- Good communication and listening skills,
- An enthusiastic, cheerful and friendly personality,
- Plenty of energy ,
- A good sense of humour,
- Ability to use computers
