Danışmanlığını yapmakta olduğumuz İstanbul Levent’te yer alan e-commerce alanına faaliyet gösteren müşterimiz için '' COMMUNITY MANAGER” arayışımız bulunmaktadır.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Community Manager in a similar position
Be active on the Internet & Facebook, with experience on Facebook applications & communities.
Advanced knowledge of Social Media platforms and tools
Be able to implement new ideas, and to manage people on the Internet.
Have strong communications skills and excellent verbal and written skills in English
Have strong analytical and communication skills and know how to communicate with a variety of people.
Good skills in creative writing and social media content production
Experience in complaint management
JOB DESCRIPTION
Build and manage relationship with the community on Social Media mediums as -Facebook, Twitter and local social networks.
Collect feedback from the community and communicate their thoughts and needs back to the other departments.
Implement the messages, wall posts and manage community support activities.
