Customer Care Advisor
Are you crazy about cars? So come and join Conduent for this Automobile project. Our client is one of the leading companies in automobile industry, producing about 3 million cars a year. We are looking for office staff who will contact our customers over phone, email and chat. For that, you will be trained to be an expert on our client’s products and to be able to advise them on service and sales issues.
Specific Responsibilities:
Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures
Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls
Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs
Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input
The goal is always to build a lasting relationship with the customer. You are so helpful, friendly and also have the long-term relationship.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Skills/Abilities:
Customer Service experience
Customer-oriented, service-oriented and able to detect sales signals.
You are interested in the person behind the customer.
Good communication skills and can listen well.
Affinity with cars (driver’s license is a plus).
Comfortable with social media, chat and new technologies
Native or high level of Arabic (Algeria). French is a plus.
Dimensions and Organizational Relationships:
You will be reporting to the Customer Care Team Leader.
The role will be based in Istanbul, Turkey.
