Customer Services Representative Polyurethanes (m/f)

This position is part of the Customer Service Function and expected to manage a defined set of sales accounts for a specific business segment. Successful candidate will focus on the interface between the customers, sales team and plants, serving as internal Dow focal point for the majority of customer operational interactions. The role includes managing order receipts and handling processes, matching Dow’s internal resources with customer needs and expectations. The person will report to Customer Services Team Leader.

Primary responsibilities of Customer Services Representative include; but are not limited to:

• Full responsibility for order receipt and handling, along with follow up of orders throughout the whole order cycle
• Anticipate customer expectations and identify best solution
• Increase quality of Customer Complaints process through active participation in problem solving
• Actively contribute to the business goals, in particular for Customer Service
• Work with carrier and manufacturing plants to identify opportunities in day-to-day operations to improve efficiency and customer service
• Work closely with Supply Chain and Manufacturing functions
• Check customer payments, credit collection and year end rebates

Qualifications:

• University degree
• Min 1-2 years similar work experience
• Strong fluency in both written and spoken Turkish and English in a business environment is a requirement
• SAP knowledge is an asset
• Demonstrated ability to apply logical thinking and computational skills
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal relationship competencies
