JOB REQUIREMENTS,
- Driver`s license
- Good knowledge of English language is a must
- Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
- Good knowledge of general computer and internet usage
- Proficiency in storage and stock management; previous experience is necessary
- Previous experience in working with bulk commodities (ores) is a plus

ACTIVITIES
- Supervises the receiving of goods into the storage area, confirming physical deliveries with
documents, both regarding quantity, and quality
- Organizing loading activities in accordance to the tasks received from the superiors
- Managing and updating stock reports in real time
- Managing subordinates in accordance to company`s policy
- Liaising with suppliers and transport companies;
- Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, and dispatch of goods;
- Using space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently and making sure quality, budgetary
targets are met;
- Having a clear understanding of the company's policies and activity and how the warehouse
contributes to these
- Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate
- Planning future capacity requirements
- Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Briefing managers on a daily basis
- Supervising crushing and blending activities, and ensuring they are performed exactly as
requested
