ROLE: 

To ensure that the endorsement on original bill of ladings, power of attorney and id verification,

payment confirmation of freight and local charges, letter of indemnity for demurrage cash deposits and customs clearance are fully checked and received before releasing of delivery order.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare delivery order for express release and waybills prior to to clients' application

Check the endorsement on original bill of ladings,

Receive the power of attorney and id verification of the client before DO delivery

Check of payment confirmation of freight and local charges and if any outstanding balance of the customer

Check and receiving the letter of indemnity for demurrage cash deposits and customs clearances

Send customs clearances reports to the related port offices of our customs broker two times a day

• University degree

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position

• Intermediate level of English

• Good computer skills

• Successful in communication

• For male candidates, no military obligation

• A good team player
