Organik Kimya is looking for a HR SPECIALIST at Kemerburgaz location.
GENEL NİTELİKLER
BA or BS degree
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources,
Excellent command of English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Oracle HR knowledge is an asset
Excellence in communication skills, relation building, and customer service orientation
Self disciplined and motivated
Multi-tasking and analytical skills
Male candidates must have completed their military service
İŞ TANIMI
Comply with HR team in initiating,developing and implementing Human Resources processes and strategies
Assisting in resource planning & develop the optimum hiring strategy
Leading and managing the selection, assessment and recruitment process for vacant positions in the area of responsibility
Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools
Assist for retaining the relationship with the universities
Provide support in training organization (including orientation)
Prepare and support performance evaluation process
