We're looking for an Investor Relations Analyst to join our Finance Team.

Major duties:

• Following global and local trends in investor relations and leveraging best practices
• Maintaining active interactions with the investment community (investor events, analyst meetings, roadshows, equity conferences etc.), supporting relationship management efforts targeted to sector analysts and local/international investors;
• Preparing quarterly earnings announcement documents including investor presentation, press release, activity report and annual report;
• Designing and creating Power Point presentations for internal and external presentations;
• Reviewing and providing executive summaries on peer company’s communications and releases;
• Maintaining the Investor Relations website together with investor relations manager including content and periodic updates;
• Drafting and finalizing Public Disclosures on Public Disclosure Platform of Capital Markets Board;
• Preparing necessary documentation for General Assembly and assist the legal department in running the assembly smoothly;
• Monitoring and tracking stock activity, industry and market trends, and provide analyses and insight;
• Analyzing financial and operational results and assist in creating an “equity story” for the investment community;
• Performing analysis for shareholder targeting and tracking of institutional holders;
• Compiling and analyzing analyst research for internal distribution;
• Assisting in the prompt response to investor inquiries under the guidance of Investor Relations management;
• Reviewing analysts’ models for internal analysis;
• Supporting elaboration of Investor Relations calendar;
• Drafting and editing communications materials associated with Investor Relations activities;
• Participating in special/ ad-hoc projects as needed.

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering,
• 1-3 year experience in finance (equity research house, corporate finance etc) or investor relations,
• Fluency in English language (written and verbal),
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills,
• Team player with analytical mindset and willingness for research and development,
• Ability to multi-task and work with cross functional teams,
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint,
• CMB Advanced Level License.
