JOB DESCRIPTION
*Prepare annual sales plan and budget for region / location
*Generating new business potential
*Maintains and expand costumer base by counseling sales consultants
*Manage and report daily , weekly and mountly sales targets and actuals
*Effective managment of inventory at distributor level
*Ensuring high quality and timely reporting of sale information
*Knowledge of custom laws ,practices and procedures
*Premium will be depend of the calculation sheet (performance-based regulation)
*
Min 5 years of experience in similar position within construction industury
*Excellent knowledge of English both verbal and written , second language is prefered (russian)
*Excellend command of MS Office tools
*University degree
*Excellent communications and presentation skills
*Creativity
*Resault oriented
*Excellent sales skills
*Being a team player with high sense of responsibility
*No obligation of military service for male candidates
