- * Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key.
- * Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
- * Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.
- * Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
- * Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy.
- * Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
- * Count bank at the beginning and end of shift. Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications.
- * Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible.
- * Address guests service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
- * Engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions/ offerings.
- * Assist other team members to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.
- * Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
- * Welcomes and acknowledges each and every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible.
Aranan NiteliklerRequired Skills
- * At least 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Tourism Management
- * Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office, Guest Services or related professional area.
- * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- * Ability to focus attention on details and to handle multiple tasks
- * Result driven, proactive and reliable personality
- * Knowledge of Elektra System is advantageous
- * Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- * No military obligation for male candidates / at least 2 years postponement
