Manage the customer orders and payments process,
Identifying new internal and external business opportunities,
Identify causes of success and failure in processes, projects, plans and their implementation in order to build on strengths and to eliminate weaknesses,
Promote increased and sustainable customer satisfaction,
Coordinate and communicate with partners, customers and colleagues as a good team player,
Prepare reports and ad hoc assignments by first line manager,
Follow up company's sales strategy, promote company products to customers and achieve target,
Ensure our service commitments fulfilled and meet customer's requirement,
Collect account receivable on time and ensure no outstanding relevant,
Internal & external communication with overseas customers and offices.

Min.1-3 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Industry.
Must be able to converse at a business level English, written and spoken
Excellent Excel skills.
Able to deal with time pressure.
Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with people at all levels. Effective communication skills.
Customer focused, good relationship builder, self-motivated,
Ability to prioritize and organize work, team oriented, demonstrable initiative and determination, commitment to task, strong quantitative and analytical mindset,
