-Excellent English language skills      

-Computer skills – the more the better (power point and excel)      

-Good research skills

-Ability to find relevant information and  working with data to help with benchmarks and assessments         

-Updating internal documents, website, databases          

-Assisting with recruitment of new member companies       

-Assisting to organize the membership database        

-Assisting to  customize TurkishWIN members into groups and communicating with them accordingly       

-Finding new ideas to delight each segment of TurkishWIN members.
