Drive origination of qualified leads
• Research, develop lists of, and contact lists of, and contact new potential leads by phone and email to actively develop qualified leads to be sent to our sales staff in the field.
• Have in-depth conversations with potential leads
• Input all qualified leads into CRM for immediate action by sales force in the field.
• Lead Generation Reps are responsible for following up with the TM and customer to make sure the lead is actioned on a timely basis.
Here's what you'll bring:
• Native or advanced English speaker, fluency in German or another second language is an asset
• 1-2 years of experience in telesales or a lead generating role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Technology knowledge preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and comfortable discussing technology with customers
• Demonstrate effectiveness through weekly reports to track performance and results
• Strong active listening and decision making skills
• High sense of urgency, and outstanding time management/organizational skills
• Experience working with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and/or any CRM tools would be considered an asset.
