QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for specialist to work in Yacht Charter and Yacht Brokerage company
We will be accepting even candidates with less experience but high motivation level!
Responsibility:
* Assisting to the managing partner of the company with all daily issues
* Representing the company to the Turkish market
* Driving car
* Making translations for the website and other materials
* Setting up meetings with partners and constructors
* Making legal work for the company with documents
* Getting all necessary information that is requested
* Replying company phone calls with no excuse for days offs or holidays
* Replying company mails with no excuse for days offs or holidays
*Collecting contacts of the yacht owners and collecting yachts to the company portfolio
* Dealing with charter and brokerage inquiries for turkish market, sometimes for other markets as needed
*Dealing with charter and brokerage customers for Turkish market(most of the time)
* Contacting the boat owners and learning boat availability
* Arranging charters, if requested
* Arranging provisioning supply to the boats as requested
* Traveling throughout Turkey as requested by work Functions listed above can be edited with new necessary responsibilities.
