- Receiving invoices, review approvals and record it on iScala
- Check arithmetical accuracy, date, quality and receive stamp approval on the invoices with PO or agreement
- Charging expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries
- Proceed the online payments for Vendors’ due invoices
- Maintain accurate, cleared and up to date accounts payable records
- Follow up any discrepancies with the suppliers in writing
- Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
- Interacting with suppliers
- Review and record the reimbursement report of staff petty cash
- Ensure that other internal expense reports are approved by the Director of Finance / Financial Controller and the General Manager
- Maintain and analyze accrual and prepayments accounts
- Supporting month end closing and reporting
- Supporting for the month end adjustments such as currency revaluation, IFRS adjustments, tax accruals, etc..
- Handling the communication with auditors
Supervise accounting staff and work closely with staff.
- Manage the month-end closing process including journal entry preparation and review, cost control and purchasing procedures.Ensure timely and accurate account reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Handle expatriate benefit and tax reporting requirements.
- Handle local tax and statutory reporting requirements, including coordination with outside accounting firms.
- Various special projects as assigned.
- Monitor daily inventory of perishables.
- Attend meetings of the Food and Beverage Department and Management Services for discussion on current Food and Beverage procedural breakdowns.
- Check Food and Beverage invoices for prices, extensions, and discounts
- Proper storage, issuing procedures
- Butcher yield tests, standard recipe and yield tests, portion control in the butcher shop, on the line, and in the bars
- Complete and check all end of the month closing procedure
- Production, revenue, and product control
- Security of product storage areas
- Bar and portion control
- Proper storage, issuing procedures
- Menu costing
Aranan NiteliklerUniversity degree
At least two years experience in a similar position with an international hotel chain
Good communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English
Good Excel Knowladge
