    We are seeking a CRM Analyst position to manage and assist the installation of our Customer Relationship Management Process. This position supports the Marketing Division and identifies the target audiences for marketing campaigns. It also requires day to day data integrity and preparation of campaign reports.

• Requires bachelor’s degree in business, statistics or related sciences
• Proven track record of executing successful CRM program using email and other digital channels. Experience with microsoft dynamics a plus.
• Strong mathematical and statistical skills
• Experience of working with email marketing tools
• Excellent attention to detail, personal organization and project management abilities.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English
