İş Tanımı Jolly Tur is seeking for a CRM Supervisor, who will build Jolly Tur’s CRM capabilities from scratch, from setting up Customer Vision and Strategy to the implementation of a CRM tool and execution of CRM activities.
The CRM Supervisor will:
- Own the customer in the organization and implement a “Customer-Centric” approach throughout the company,
- Lead a multi-functional team within the organization throughout the CRM implementation project,
- Assist in setting up the CRM framework (datamart, data cleansing and integrity, customer segments, campaign management principles, CRM data analytics),
- Act as a liason between marketing and technology teams in setting up the software, while coordinating various 3rd parties in the implementation process,
- After the completion of the CRM implementation project, lead Jolly Tur’s CRM efforts: Design, set up and implement CRM campaigns in order to enhance efficiency in marketing and increase retention of Jolly Tur customers.
Aranan Nitelikler - Requires bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, statistics or related sciences,
- Proven track record of executing successful CRM programs using various digital channels
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics a plus,
- Strong analytical and statistical skills,
- Experience in leading CRM implementation project
- Excellent attention to detail, personal organization and project management abilities,
- Superior written and verbal communication skills,
- Fluency in English.
