We are seeking for a "RECEPTIONIST" for our boutique hotel located in "KARAKÖY". The successful candidate is required to have the following experiences and skills:
Fluency in English both written and verbal (second language will be an asset)
Strong computer knowledge with proficiency in MS applications
High level administration and organisational skills
Efficient time management skills
Professional in both presentation and communication
Willing to work on shifts
Being a citizen of Republic of Turkey
No military obligations for male candidates
Our candidate will be responsible for;
Answering phone calls, taking and replying messages
Providing information to callers
Greeting customers entering and directing people to correct destination
Dealing with check-in, check-out operations
Following up reservation channels and booking procedure
General administrative support
