• En az B sınıf ehliyetli,
• En lise mezunu,
• 35 yaşını aşmamış,
• Sürücü olarak çalışmış olan,
• Psikoteknik test belgesine sahip,
• SRC belge sahibi ya da başvuru yapmış ,
• Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış
