Alitek Teknoloji and Advantech are looking for a highly-experienced Smart Factory Sales Engineer / Manager.
Following qualifications are required:
• Bachelor or Master of Science degree from electronics, electric, control & automation or computer science faculties,
• Minimum 6 years of combined technical and sales experience in industrial automation applications (of which minimum 3 years are technical based),
• Some experience in system integrators, distributors or resellers of automation companies such as Siemens, Beckhoff, Schneider and Mitsubishi is preferred.
• Having a customer portfolio from automotive or textile factories is desired.
• High level of communication and negotiation skills,
• Motivated by a quota based sales environment,
• Proficient in both spoken and written English,
• No restrictions to travel,
• Active car driver.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Develop and improve Smart Factory business for Advantech branded industrial automation products such as SCADA, HMI, PAC, RTU, DAQ modules, industrial computing, and communication platforms,
• Analyse and understand customer requirements, competition in their environments and develop proactive solutions,
• Improve customer loyalty and satisfaction,
• Follow new trends in the manufacturing processes of factories and determine new business prospects,
• Customize and promote Smart Factory / Industry 4.0 architectures for selected vertical markets,
• Provide internal consultancy to Solution Ready Package (SRP) development and sales efforts,
• Periodic business reporting to Alitek and Advantech top management,
• Attend Advantech trainings and meetings in Taiwan,
• Provide active internal training to internal, junior channel sales
