Spa Manager

Do you know that your role is to set the leadership standard, provide direction and supervision to managers and associates in the daily operations of the Spa, including but not limited to, providing the highest quality services, products and programming while supporting the property's vision, mission and values?  Are you aware that you shall be held accountable for spa profitability and completion of the established annual business plan and marketing initiatives for this section whilst working closely with all departments in an effort to maximize spa services and retail sales to all guests? Do you have the understanding of internal hotel dynamics and operational needs including but not limited to Sales & Marketing, revenue generation, inventory, procurement, forecasting and budgeting for this section? If you have answered yes to all of our questions above, you might be our Nikki fit for this role

• University/College degree in a related discipline (Hotel Management and Tourism Vocational High School’s)
• Certification / Training has to be required by local / state agencies
• Fluent in Turkish and English
• Very good computer skills, proficiency in MS Office applications
• 5 star hotel and resort experience, pre-opening and operation knowledge in an international chain hotel
• Professional knowledge of preparation and effective operation of departmental budget
• Senior leadership experience
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Turkish Citizenship
• Non-smoker
