 TRAINING MANAGER / EĞİTİM MÜDÜRÜ

Job Brief:

Can you design and develops policy and direct as well as coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation and wage structure, labor relations, labour budgets,  establish compensation and benefits scheme for the property, learning & development, employee services, managing and supporting diversity, classifying associates, associate housing and transportation and welfare? Are you ready to handle the learning and professional development of the property's workforce? Are you capable of ensuring that associates are equipped with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out work-related tasks, help with the ongoing, long-term improvement of associates' skills, enabling them to fulfill their potential within the property? Are you familiar with operationally managing Talent Resources needs, assessing the skills and knowledge within an organisation and determining what training is needed to grow and retain these skills? If you have answered yes to all of our questions above, you might be our Nikki fit for this role.  

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 yrs in similar role. Past pre-opening experience is an added advantage. Familiarity with local labour laws and collective agreement practices is a must. Other traits include and are not limited to attention to details, organization, data entry skills, talent resources software, analyzing information,  thoroughness, reporting research results and verbal and written communication. The role reports to the Director of Talent Resources & Development.

Required Skills

• University/College degree in a related discipline (Hotel Management and Tourism Vocational High School’s)
• Fluent in Turkish and English
• Very good computer skills, proficiency in MS Office applications
• 5 star hotel and resort experience, pre-opening and operation knowledge in an international chain hotel
• Professional knowledge of preparation and effective operation of departmental budget
• Senior leadership experience
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Turkish Citizenship
• Non-smoker
