İş TanımıWe are looking for a "SUPPORT ENGINEER" for one of the company in advertising sector that we are consulting.
The Support Engineer role we are looking for will be in constant communication with our existing and potential clients and will be one of the main points to solve bottlenecks.
- Provides engineering support to sales and account management teams
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and external parters (including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter)
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
- Assure quality of new features by conducting tests prior to release
Aranan Nitelikler - Fluent in English both written and verbal (This is a MUST as the role requires direct communication with Facebook, clients and other partners)
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Prior experience in enterprise technical support
- Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, utilities and scripting
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with Account Management and confidence to interact with customers via conference calls or face-to-face meetings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a startup environment
