Directed to the productivity of the team he is responsible and to increase the service; To carry out immediate observation directed to the productivity of the team he is responsible and to increase the service; To listen the call records, evaluate them and give feedback To carry out shift planning of the team To give report to the Project Manager related to operational situation Desired Qualifications Graduated from University or college, Fluent English, Worked as Team Leader for the technical inbound projects minimum 1 year in call center operation, To provide the continuous of line and technical equipments daily and to inform the related units instantly, Experienced with team management and motivation, Have knowledge about ship planning methods, Have planning and organization skill, To be able to work in a dynamic and intensive tempo, Responsible, can take initiative, Target oriented, Have strong human relationships, Can work with team, Preferably resides in European Side Be able to use MS Office (Word, Excel) applications effectively, For male candidates completed military service at have at least 3 years postponed.
