Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in online and/or consumer marketing, preferably with online retail experience
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and optimize acquisition marketing budget
- Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others
- Track record of performance excellence
Key Responsibilities
- Drive quality traffic to the site, exceeding the traffic and conversion targets by channel (email, SEO/SEM, social media, PR)
- Bridge data analysis, research, competitive intelligence and marketing savvy to build and execute efficient and scalable customer acquisition programs.
- Manage and optimize marketing budget to drive purchases/ sign-ups while meeting ROI criteria.
- Own and present to senior leadership key performance metrics around customer acquisition and cost per new customer.
- Use data to measure and understand customer behavior and apply those insights to marketing levers. Develop a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration.
