İş Tanımı

The CSR is equipped with a good knowledge of the company’s processes and shipping regulatory requirements and provides the customers with an efficient one-point contact for solving customer problems and inquiries - he/she arranges booking, responds to inquiries, coordinates special shipment/documentation requirements, liaises with appropriate internal and external parties to promptly resolve issues or provide needed information, increases customer awareness and usage of  e-Commerce products.   

 

-          Accurately and timely resolve customer inquiries, needs and issues while ensuring high customer satisfaction and service delivery

-          Coordinate and align with colleagues in Sales and Operations, to respond to inquiries / requests or resolve issues in general

-          Assist customers in changing the status of their bookings/shipments, including canceling, rolling, advancing, splitting, consolidating, diverting or returning.

-          Identify problems that come up during customer interaction and bring them to resolution per defined processes

-          Handle other exceptions which can be managed by customer service, in order to free up time for sales representatives

-          Handle re-export, return cargo, switch BL, service recoveries, transshipment declaration, change of operator code and inter gateway, releases requests

-          Attend to customer requests for container re-use, cargo claims, cross-bookings, container detention

-          Work to ensure that target SLA (service level agreement) agreed with key accounts are achieved for said customers


Aranan Nitelikler

-          University degree in a related field,

-          Minimum 3 years customer service / documentation experience in shipping sector ,

-          Experience / knowledge of container business required

-          Experience in CRM is preferable

-          Must be able to converse at a business level in English, written and spoken,

-          Pro-active and flexible,

-          Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with people at all levels

-          Ability to prioritize and organize work, result orianted,

-          Demonstrable initiative and determination,

-          No military obligation for male candidates.
