Necessary knowledge and skills of the job holder
University degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
10 years experience with Credit Allocation, Finance and Risk Management
Team management experience is highly required
Previous multinational company experience is highly appreciated
Customer and team focus with strong dedication to Business Ethics
Process oriented
Very good level of written and spoken English
SAP/FSCM experience is an asset
MANAGERIAL:
Leads a team of Credit and Collection and Finance Specialist(s)
Defines team targets according to company guidelines
Appraises people performance according to company guidelines and goals defined
Develop the team according to the needs and people expecations
Manage the resources, (people, time, money) efficiently and effectively
CREDIT and RISK:
Reviews constantly processes and ensure the right level of efficiency
Structures deals to comply with credit policy
Defines service level agreement with internal customers
Reviews credit application from the Sales Team in accordance with the sign off and extends credit to Customer in line with Company Policies
Develops financial services offer for our customers
Liaises with credit insurance on issues and credit requirements
Visits customers in order to better understand/recommend credit exposure
Releases Sales Orders according to the sign off
Follows up and ensures the collection
Works with Sales Teams in order to better understand future needs and credit requirements
FINANCE:
Contribute to decisions regarding business and financial strategy
Cash flow Management
Monitors and reports monthly financial results to the Head of Finance
