QUALIFICATIONS
4 year degree in a Technical or Science discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent
Database software programs and fully conversant in microsoft office
NIR calibrations and validation process
Minimum 2 year experience with Near Infrared (NIR)
Basic knowledge in analytical chemistry
Multitasking
Strategic planning and analysis
Fluent in English
Willing and keen to work and collaborate with the team at different levels ( local/regional/global)
JOB DESCRIPTION
60% NIR Labs of Excellence (LOE)
Coordinate installation of Area’s NIR calibrations, validations and standardizations.
Manages Area’s NIR customers in coordination with account managers
Lead Area’s validation prioritization (Complete and monitor NIR Improvement Plans monthly)
Lead NIR technology deployment execution
Organize and manage region’s monitoring , validation and outlier sample update programs
Coordinate with formulations team and customer service
15% Maintenance/Troubleshooting
Ensure Area’s understanding & implementation of NIR BMPs
Direct Area’s NIR monitoring program
Support Area’s resolution of NIR technical issues
Manages installation of new NIR units for Turkey
10% Reporting/Monitoring
NIR Reports – Review monthly NIR Quality Assurance reports, NIR audits, Balance Score Cards, NIR Out of Specification reports, and NIR Value Capture and create action items to resolves issues
Maintain and promote a high level communication and collaboration with the NIR Regional and Global Team. Periodically and timely communicate local needs and follow up on technology deployment
Communicate and support corrective actions for regions NIRQA Quality Non Conformances
Generate internal and external (customer related) reporting routines

Complete NIR training modules and Key Result Area objectives
Completes personal/team safety and engagement objectives
Possibility to participate with the Global NIR Team to projects and/or calibration developments once properly trained ( NIR global training program )
