• Ensuring productivity, quality and timeliness of all stages in production by planning of all resources (machinery, material and labor) effectively.
• Coordinating all planning and production processes with the international and national sales teams.
• Ensuring achievement of the production plan in accordance with customer priorities and agreed cost structure.
• Planning production processes and material requirements to ensure optimum usage of capacity and other resources.
• Building and following yearly and monthly budget of the department.
• Ensuring health and safety rules are implemented and followed
• Ensuring motivation and development of both white and blue collar teams within his/her department.
• The position reports directly to the CEO.
• University Degree in Machine / Electric-Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 10 years experiences in production for Automotive Industry
• At least 5 years of hands-on plant and production management experience
• Must have experience with production planning and material management processes,
• Implementation experience of 5S or similar methodologies,
• Experience with ERP applications,
• Excellent knowledge of lean manufacturing principles,
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and keep both white and blue collar teams,
• Management experience in Unionized Factory
• Good command of Technical German is must with English
• Involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes. They ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality.
