Danışmanlığını yapmakta olduğumuz İstanbul Levent’te yer alan e-commerce alanına faaliyet gösteren müşterimiz için '' RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST" arayışımız bulunmaktadır.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor's degree
-Minimum 6+ years of recruitment experience in a corporate environment and /or consultancy company
-Strong screening,interviewing and assessment skills
-Has competence based interview techniques and assesment center experience
-Expatriate management is an asset
-Highly proficient in spoken and written English
-Excellent MS Office applications knowledge
-Ability to act as a team player
-Customer service focused
-Self disciplined and motivated
-Good planning, organising and communication skills
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills - able to extract data from multiple sources, analyze it, and format into reports
-No military service obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
-Responsible for the selection and recruitment process of highly tailored employees according to the company’s strategy/culture
-Identifying top talent and converting prospects into active candidates
-Preparing and publishing job advertisements
-Active use of resourcing portals
-Take active part in the revision/update of documentation and forms
-Create onboarding process and follow up with the onboarding&orientation programme
-Providing various recruiting reports to management regularly
-Maintaining knowledge of organizational and departmental policies
-Providing initial support and additional follow-up to employees for all HR related inquires
-Managing the human resources aspects of international employee placements and overseeing work and residence permit processes
