Reservation Supervisor iş ilanı açıklaması
Tursab A Licenced VOT Travel, located in Osmanbey, looking for Reservation Supervisor for GCC and Jordan Departments. Valley of Tourism, where we put the emphasis on our people, are looking for a well organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to display a “passion for perfection” and work in a dynamic environment.
- Quick respond of all incoming enquiries from agencies
- Assisting agencies on quick basis, help them finalize reservations Taking reservations, cancellations, confirmations or any other enquiries and inputting amendments into the system
- Answer questions about other services such as transfers, tours, restaurant bookings, etc.
- Handles all special requests appropriately
- Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
- Prioritise agencies satisfaction
- To be responsible to materialize the maximum number of requests and reservations
Required Skills
- University degree
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience at the same position and sector
- Fluency in English both writing and speaking
- Additional language (Arabic) is beneficial
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office
- Knowledge of Sejour is imperative
- Ability to work in flexible hours and under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Dynamic, hardworking, creative and self confident team player
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Living at European side of Istanbul
